About My Clients
I specialize in helping people - particularly men (straight, gay, bi) struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and career problems. If you need an interactive counselor to coach you towards goal attainment, I'd like to help. Many of my clients are business professionals, college students, first responders , former military or in career transition.
My Background and Approach
Holistic in nature, I call on the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Hypnosis as tools for change. Solution focused, you'll gain new insights into yourself and learn powerful coping strategies. To encourage growth, homework is often given at the end of each session. Together, we can shift negative thinking patterns, transform unhealthy behaviors and heal past wounds. For over 15 years, I worked at Fortune 500 companies in marketing and management roles, allowing me to develop a unique understanding of high stress environments.
