About My Clients
If you struggle with anxiety or depression, I can help. If you are person of color or LGBTQ, I provide a safe space to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. Through my integrative style of tailoring therapy, I meet people where they are at.
My Background and Approach
I have an eclectic background with a wide number of tools for connecting with my clients. I make sure my approach works for them as well as builds up strengths as well as addresses problems. I'll make sure you have input every step of the way as well as tailor a treatment plan that works for you as an individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people can grow and change. I believe the future of health care requires collective input. I am an avid progressive with a particular focus advocating for fellow People of Color in our society. I believe in the rights of LGBTQ persons as well as providing LGBTQ persons with the necessary resources and support. I make sure my beliefs are practiced through a lens of material analysis.
