About My Clients
You’ve done well, but life still feels off. You’re juggling career stress, relationship tension, parenting demands, or a quiet sense of disillusionment. It’s a lot to carry, and you’re feeling the weight. You want clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of meaning in your day-to-day. You’re not looking for quick fixes—you’re ready to slow down, unpack what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with who you are and what truly matters.
My Background and Approach
With 20 years as a therapist for both individuals and relationships, I offer therapy that’s tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling off. My work with individuals and couples draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based models, and Existential Theory. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method along with EFT models. Our sessions will be both insight-oriented and goal-directed, helping you understand patterns, shift behaviors, and build tools that lead to meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in supporting men’s issues, family conflict, low self-esteem, and stress tied to work or life transitions. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in empathy, yet geared toward real progress, not just reflection. Together, we’ll work to reduce distress, clarify your values, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected and aligned.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where all identities are seen, respected, and empowered. My work is grounded in values of inclusion, equity, and social justice. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, gender-inclusive, and committed to anti-racist, anti-oppressive practices both inside and outside the therapy room. I actively support movements like Black Lives Matter and stand against all forms of discrimination, whether based on race, gender, sexuality, ability, or background. I’m continuously learning and unlearning to better show up for those whose lived experiences differ from my own. These values aren’t just professional, they’re personal. I believe healing happens when people feel truly safe and understood, especially in a world that too often overlooks or invalidates their pain. In our work together, you can expect a space that’s affirming, compassionate, and aware of the broader systems impacting your life.
