About My Clients
Hi, I’m Jenny Logan (she/her). I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in trauma, attachment, addiction, and chronic conditions. I support individuals as they move through trauma, mood-related concerns, substance use, chronic pain or health conditions, and pivotal life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, and are seeking a space where they can finally exhale and feel truly understood.
My Background and Approach
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a powerful act of strength and courage. The road to healing may seem daunting, especially when it involves sharing your story with someone new. I’m Jenny Logan (She/Her/Hers), a licensed social worker, and I’m here to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support to make this process feel a little less intimidating. Therapy with me is warm, supportive, & grounded in respect for your lived experience. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, & gain a deeper understanding of yourself at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed & relational, with attention to how past experiences, attachment patterns, & relationships shape how you feel, cope, and connect today.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m especially passionate about helping clients heal attachment wounds, strengthen relationships, navigate parenting stress, & work through perfectionism, grief and loss, social anxiety, and self-acceptance. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental, and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up just as you are. I’m deeply committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients, parents, women, young adults, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individuals. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to start—together, we’ll move at your pace and figure out what healing looks like for you.
