We will work together to help you develop balanced thinking and make meaningful changes that reduce anxiety and improve functioning. Life experiences can lead to coping strategies that may no longer serve you but these patterns are not fixed and can be changed. While moving forward can sometimes be uncomfortable, my therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients build resilience, access inner strength, and achieve meaningful growth. While my therapeutic style is eclectic, it emphasizes a perspective that espouses collaboration and goal-orientation during sessions. I use evidence-based tools and strategies to help clients gain awareness of their thought patterns, reframe negative or distorted thinking and establish new behaviors that promote their well-being.
