About My Clients
I am a passionate therapist who has worked with incarcerated youth (13-21), children and their families in a school setting, facilitated parenting groups, facilitated bonding and attachment sessions and provided individual therapy to people in different capacities. I enjoy helping people learn how to help themselves.
My Background and Approach
I received my masters in Social Work, bilingual bicultural concentration from NMHU. I primarily work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family systems, and person centered approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in developing skills needed to cope better and overcome difficulties in your life. As we all go through this thing called life, sometimes we come across situations we realize we cannot go through alone and need someone to help us through the journey.
