About My Clients
Whether it’s because you’re dealing with the chronic stress of relationship or parenting issues, you’re having difficulty adjusting to life changes, or you’re simply feeling “stuck”, my goal is to help you gain acceptance and compassion towards yourself and work towards the possibility of change.
My Background and Approach
I help clients explore the ways they function while finding acceptance & understanding towards themselves. As clients increase their capacity to adapt & adjust and find new ways to navigate their challenges, they experience relief and move toward more balance & meaningful connections in life. I use an approach that brings together knowledge of relational/developmental trauma, attachment, and interpersonal neurobiology to work with the individual needs of each individual & family.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with individuals, parents, & families who often feel overwhelmed as a result of experiencing chronic unpredictability, family conflict, unhealthy relationship patterns/boundaries, complex trauma, neurodivergence, or who feel “othered” in society.
