About My Clients
I support clients who feel unseen or misunderstood in their relationships and want to grow in emotional awareness, communication, and self-trust. Whether navigating partnership challenges or individual healing, we work together toward clarity and connection.
My Background and Approach
With a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and couples navigate emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, and relational wounds. My approach is direct but encouraging, collaborative, and rooted in the here-and-now. I emphasize cultivating both compassion and accountability, helping clients hold themselves kindly while taking meaningful steps toward change. Drawing from attachment, narrative, experiential and systemic models, I help clients explore stuck emotions, reconnect with core values, and develop healthier patterns of relating. Whether you’re facing grief, betrayal, stuckness, or a desire for deeper connection, I aim to create a space where healing and growth feel both safe and empowering. With cultural humility and humor, I work to meet you where you are—while helping you move toward the life and relationships you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in connection—within ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for all identities, and I actively support LGBTQIA+ rights, reproductive justice, and racial equity. I approach therapy with cultural humility and a deep respect for the unique experiences and values each person brings. I’m passionate about dismantling harmful societal narratives—especially those that silence emotion, devalue vulnerability, or pressure people into rigid roles in relationships and families. I also value humor, authenticity, and the messiness of being human. I aim to walk alongside clients not just as a clinician, but as a whole person who is also navigating life with compassion, curiosity, and intention
