I am passionate about working with BIPOC/Latinx adults, children/teens who feel they are "not good enough" or who worry and struggle with life and family expectations. We can work together to help you learn to feel empowered, set healthy limits/ boundaries, and face fears stopping you from doing what you love.
My Background and Approach
I am first generation Latina and have a master's degree in clinical counseling with a Latino mental health specialization. I have been providing mental health services for 12 years. My clinical background includes working with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
