About My Clients

You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to ask for what you need. Maybe your thoughts move fast, your body feels tense, or relationships and intimacy feel harder than they “should.” You could be navigating ADHD, anxiety, or old relationship wounds. You’re wanting more ease, more connection, and a way to feel more like yourself again.

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist who blends relational, mindfulness-based, and somatic approaches to support whole-person healing. I specialize in ADHD, relationship and sexual wellness, and the mind-body connection. Together, we explore not just thoughts, but nervous system patterns, emotional needs, and relationship dynamics. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I help you slow down, build self-trust, and understand the patterns that keep you stuck so you can create change that feels grounded and sustainable. Our work balances feeling supported with gently exploring new ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy with me is a space to reconnect with your body, your voice, and your capacity for intimacy, clarity, and choice.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and free to be fully themselves. I value inclusivity, body autonomy, and the idea that every person deserves relationships, pleasure, and a life that feels aligned and meaningful. I’m an affirming ally to LGBTQIA+ communities, supportive of diverse relationship structures, and committed to exploring how systems of oppression impact mental health and relationships. I see therapy as collaborative and inherently political: your lived experience, identity, and inner wisdom matter as much as clinical knowledge. I welcome discussions about race, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, and other parts of your lived experience, including the hard or uncomfortable topics. Outside the therapy room, I’m drawn to mindfulness, creative expression, and reconnecting with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
