My Background and Approach
My style is collaborative, goal-oriented, and integrates a mix of frameworks, abstract thinking, mindfulness, neurobiology, and evidence-based research and techniques to help people turn insights into actionable, real change. My foundations lie in attachment theory, neurobiology, and Bowen/Schnarch differentiation of self. We live in a paradoxical, sex-saturated culture that often shames pleasure. We will explore sexual health, sexual interests, sexual values, communication patterns, relationship philosophies, and the incredible importance of touch. I collaborate with clients to help them experience tangible change in their relationships with themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I want to make the world a better place one relationship at a time, one sex life at a time. Most of us were not taught to value tending to relationships and sexuality as part of maintaining our overall health and sense of self. We have to actively learn to explore and communicate effectively about our sexual beliefs, erotic desires, and dilemmas.
