With over 15 years of experience in education and mental health, I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. I integrate therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR as well as other Client Centered Therapies to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and calm your nervous system while creating a space where you feel heard and supported as you reconnect with your authentic self.
