I work with clients who are highly driven, goal-oriented, and set exceptionally high standards for themselves. Many of them find themselves in a constant cycle of going above and beyond for others, often at the expense of their own needs. Together, we explore the unique and valid reasons behind these patterns and how they can show up differently in both personal and professional environments.
My Background and Approach
When we are looking to make a change, we may not know where to start, or we may draw upon data from past experiences to create an action plan. This is usually a much more complex and nonlinear process than we expect it to be, and it can often feel like a very isolating experience. By working together, I view my role as a clinician to be very similar to a consultant : you are the subject matter expert on your relationships, emotions, and experiences and together we can develop a plan that aligns with your core values.
