I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Every child is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. Whether your child is struggling with overwhelming emotions, difficulty at school, friendship challenges, or family stress, I strive to create a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.
My Background and Approach
I believe meaningful change begins with connection. Children are more likely to grow when they feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to meet each child's developmental and emotional needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, attachment-based interventions, and trauma-informed care while partnering closely with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviors, I work to understand the emotions and experiences beneath them, helping children build self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and practical skills they can use in everyday life.
