I am experienced in providing Executive Functioning Skills Development with those diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for emotional and mood regulation with adults, and inference-based CBT (I-CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) for those with OCD.
My Background and Approach
Ginny Nikiforos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). She has over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, ADHD, Autism, and those experiencing other mental health and behavior concerns. Ginny specializes in providing individual, family, and parent counseling, in addition to executive functioning skill development and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has provided services in office, center, school, workplace, community, school, telehealth, and home settings. Ginny is specialized in multiple different therapeutic modalities. Ginny has experience in providing executive functioning skill development, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure therapy.
