My approach has always been understanding and validating people's experienced challenges and finding holistic ways to positively overcome those stressors using a tailored combination of therapeutic frameworks.

CBT and several other methods can be used to help gain insight and effectively manage depression.
Therapy can help identify common issues that range from self acceptance, low self esteem to relationship challenges and a range of other co-occuring concerns.
