About My Clients

I work primarily with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in repetitive relationship patterns. Many struggle with boundaries, over-giving, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions. I also support individuals navigating trauma, including relational trauma and emotional abuse. My focus is helping clients gain clarity, emotional stability, and a stronger sense of self.

My Background and Approach

I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) and immigrant clinician. I specialize in anxiety, relationship stress, and trauma. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and CBT to help you understand your patterns and develop practical tools for change. I also consider how culture, identity, and family expectations shape emotional struggles.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be safe, respectful, and human. I value cultural humility and emotional honesty, and I aim to create a space where clients feel understood without judgment.
