My Background and Approach
Therapy is not one size fits all, I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach based upon each client's needs, goals, and concerns. This allows me to draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, as well as mindfulness to meet you exactly where you are. Together we can identify strengths, develop coping skills, and utilize resiliency in working towards feeling more confident in navigating life’s challenges. I have worked with a wide scope of clients helping each of them to manage and understand their inner battles and create their own toolbox of coping skills. I have also worked as part of a team to provide crisis support and stabilization. I am committed to helping others create positive change in their lives. I look forward to continuing to do this work and helping you find fulfillment in your own life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy can benefit everyone, as growth is a constant in life. It is one of the best tools I've used to facilitate change and growth within my own life. I am passionate about collaborating with clients to help them recognize their personal strengths and discover life patterns that are holding them back from the future they want to create.
