My Background and Approach
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and person-centered therapy and strive to help clients identify their values and use them as a guide for their behavior. I believe that practicing present-moment awareness through mindfulness and meditation can be healing and life-changing for those who are willing to experience it. I’m a strong believer in providing a non-judgmental space for individuals to challenge themselves in ways that they may never have believed were possible.
