My specialties include treating for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addictions and relationship challenges. I utilize a variety of psychodynamic approaches including CBT, solution-focused, narrative therapy, dream analysis, EMDR, imago relational therapy, brainspotting, and transpersonal psychology.
