For over 4 years, I’ve been helping people heal from trauma, dissociation, and anxiety using proven, research-based approaches. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and neurofeedback, alongside other evidence-based modalities, to create lasting, life-changing results. My goal is for you to walk away with practical tools you can use anytime—whether to calm overwhelming emotions, reconnect with your body, or regain a sense of safety when fear or panic shows up. We’ll work together in a direct, solution-focused way to address what’s happening in the moment while also targeting the root causes stored in the brain and nervous system. You’ll not only learn how to reduce distress quickly, but also build resilience so that triggers and attacks lose their power over time. Healing is possible, and I look forward to guiding you toward relief and renewed strength.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing and change are always possible, no matter how painful or overwhelming a trauma may feel. Our brains and bodies are wired to protect us, and sometimes the patterns we develop—like dissociation, anxiety, or panic—are survival strategies we’ve learned along the way. The good news is that what has been learned can also be unlearned, and replaced with healthier ways of being. This fuels my passion to help others find relief and hope that they desire and dream of. I hold deep respect for every person’s journey, and I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space for healing and growth.
