I use Narrative therapy i separate the individual from the problem, allowing the individual to externalize their issues rather than internalize them.
I use Mindfulness-based therapies such as meditation, relaxation and awareness exercises to help focus on the present moment, aiming over time to experience day to day situations and stressors in nonjudgmental and non-reactionary ways.
CBT treatment involves efforts to change thinking patterns.
