I have a decade of experience in providing support to survivors of sexual assault in various roles - Therapist, Direct Services Case Manager, Helpline Staffer. I have supported clients in navigating the immediate aftermath of sexual assault, as well as the long term impacts. I understand that trauma can bring up a range of feelings - shame, self-blame, anger, to name a few, and I aim to support clients in reclaiming their sense of agency, dignity and belonging in their everyday lives.

I have 6+ years of experience providing support to immigrant communities, as a Direct Services Case Manager and as a Therapist. I understand the toll that navigating these structures can take on one's mind and body, and will do my best to support you as you navigate situations that are often uncertain and unpredictable.

I take a narrative approach to psychodynamic therapy to help my clients explore the context behind why they think, feel and act in the ways that they do. I support clients to identify the stories and scripts (familial/social/cultural) that they have internalized, and the role those narratives play to keeping them in certain patterns.

We exist within structures, both visible and invisible. Often what we see as individual problems are actually behavior patterns that we have been socialized into based on systems like gender, sexuality, race, class, etc. Sometimes our behaviors are in response to these systems and how we relate to them. I work with clients to help them understand how their various identities impact the way they show up.

We exist in the context of relationships - the relationships that exist in our lives, and often even the relationships that don't exist in our lives. A big part of my work is learning from you about the impact past and present relationships have on you, and supporting you in building authentic relationships with people and places around you.

I aim to support immigrant communities to locate a sense of agency, dignity and belonging in their everyday lives as they navigate structures that are uncertain and unpredictable.
