It can be a challenge to know where to begin in making a life change. Therapy can be helpful in navigating the process of growth and transformation. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to identify how to make you feel better, manage through difficult times, and be satisfied with life overall. I have experience working with various populations across race and age. In particular, I work to improve the lives of busy professionals, executives, and adolescents.
My Background and Approach
Each client is unique and has specific needs. I use various therapeutic modalities and interventions, including psychodynamic, grief, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create individualized treatment plans. My approach is non-directive, client-centered, and compassionate.
