About My Clients

I help clients navigate anxiety, grief, identity development, life transitions, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence. Because everyone comes to therapy with different goals, treatment is tailored to your needs and may evolve over time. Together, we'll build coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and work toward greater resilience, confidence, and lasting well-being.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Adler University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Provisional (LPC-P) and Art Therapist Registered–Provisional (ATR-P). My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in schools, private practice, residential settings, and inpatient mental health environments. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe therapy should adapt to each person's unique needs and goals, recognizing that those needs can change over time. I draw from person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and psychoeducational approaches, integrating art therapy when it supports the therapeutic process. Together, we build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional and sensory regulation, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, sustainable change in a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported.
