LITTherapy was created to provide holistic support to couples and individuals seeking to do the work to create a healthy, meaningful connection with their partners. LITTherapy customizes a treatment plan to help each couple redefine their relationship and learn healthy ways to meet their needs.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Therapist, wife, and mother, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate life and nurture healthy family relationships. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development from North Carolina Central University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I enjoy working with adults and couples from all walks of life. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment and welcome your free expression and exploration. Through our conversations, you will experience my hope and belief in continued self-growth and improvement. I maintain a collaborative approach and encourage you to remain curious as we explore together.
