About My Clients

Everyone has a story that needs to be told. My goal is to help you to feel safe and accepted so we can explore and understand your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental space. Once I am able to understand your story, I can offer you the emotional resources you need to grow and live more meaningfully, productively, and happily.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is one of warmth, collaboration, mutual respect, and non-judgment. Whether you're undergoing a life transition, unsatisfied in your relationship(s), or just feeling down as a result of life's ebbs and flows, I am passionate about helping you understand your experiences more deeply, feel challenged yet nurtured in the therapeutic relationship and ultimately find relief from your pain through self-exploration and meaning-making. I am experienced in working with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, family conflict and relational issues. I draw upon well-established practices of psychodynamic exploration, relational therapy and mindfulness meditation. My clients describe me as personable, non-judgmental and compassionate. I also offer psychological evaluations of the following: academic accommodations, ADHD, mood or behavioral disorders, trauma assessment, and memory impairments.
