About My Clients
Currently working with adults and older adults in an outpatient setup, I specialize in an eclectic mode of therapy working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, paranoia, insomnia, life transitions, LGBTQ or identity issues, health and pain issues, grief, burnout (for professionals and family members), non-monogamous relationships, and more.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Mental Health Palo Alto. She has a MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology which I received from Santa Clara University. I have had a wide variety of experiences with members in multiple stages of life and in multiple settings varying from outpatient grief counseling to psychiatric inpatient units.
