I specialize in working with women regarding parenting and boundary issues. I can provide faith-based services upon request. I have years of experience working with adolescents, and I have extensive experience with ADHD having a son and husband who face these challenges. As a parent of two children, one with higher needs, I know the challenges that present with motherhood. Let me help you lighten the load and navigate this amazing but challenging journey!
My Background and Approach
I know that therapy can be scary and intimidating. My approach is to make you feel at ease. I want you to feel heard and supported, without fear of judgment. I have 15 years of experience as a school counselor, and have been in private practice the last several years. It brings me great joy helping others and I find it very humbling that someone would allow me into their life's journey. I want to walk alongside you in your growth process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have great care and compassion for all people. I have a particular heart and passion for women's needs, as well as, adolescents. I have a strong Christian faith, and will utilize this perspective when requested. I am an active member of my church, and enjoy spending time with my husband and children when I am not working. I truly desire to help people become the best version of themselves.
