I am the mother of two children, ages 17 and 20. I have navigated this wonderful but challenging journey. It can feel lonely and isolating, but you aren't alone! Mothers in particular are very hard on themselves and carry constant guilt and comparison to others. I have been there! There is hope and you no longer have to carry these burdens.

I have worked with many clients who struggle with anxiety. Anxiety is the unwelcome visitor that we wish we could permanently kick out of our minds. You can! It really starts with taking control of your thoughts and it takes work, but you can do it. I enjoy working with my clients who struggle with his and start to find freedom. You can too.

I know the difficulty of the ADHD journey as a parent and spouse. I have watched my son and husband struggle with the challenges associated. ADHD has become a buzz word, and many don't take it seriously, but it affects the lives of those who suffer with it. People with ADHD have so many great strengths but must learn to tap into them, and learn to cope with the challenges that present. Coping skills and new approaches can be learned for you to thrive.

I love helping people find solutions to their issues. My goal will always be to help you reach a solution to what troubles you in the shortest amount of time feasible.

I always place the client first in all that I do. I believe you are the expert in your own story.

I have had a lot of training in CBT. I truly believe that our thoughts drive our actions. If we can control our thoughts then we can control how we respond to difficult situations.
