About My Clients
I guide clients along their journey by offering a warm and supportive environment to process the challenges or stressors a person may be experiencing. I offer empathy and direction while helping clients to challenge thoughts and behaviors that may be negatively serving them, while building on positive insight and the tools to cope with life’s ups and downs. I encourage clients to explore the way they relate to themselves and the world around them and to improve relationships and awareness.
My Background and Approach
My belief is that mental and physical health is so intertwined, so I focus on all aspects of a person’s life, including stress, sleep, social life, diet and exercise and much more. I welcomes clients experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Certifications include Nutrition for Mental Health and I'm a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, which allows me to use that holistic lens to the fullest. My work is client centered and grounded in holistic care and increasing self-awareness.
