I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health. I work to restore goodness and vitality at the core level where trauma takes root – the nervous system. I use a blend of modalities including but not limited to, interpersonal systems, somatic experiencing, and coherence therapy. I am also a level II gottman trained couples therapist. Through grounded presence, authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, I love to meet each person where they are at to help guide them to a life of greater vitality, balance, and renewed connection to themselves.

I believe in the power of connection – connection to ourselves, to one another, world around us and more. I also found personally, and in my work with clients, that access to this connection can often be hard to come by. Without it we can go through life feeling alone, lacking a sense of belonging, and generally just feeling like something’s missing from life. As we grow and heal and the door to connection opens, life transforms and takes on a fullness. Challenges become easier to navigate as we have more access to ourselves and our inner resources.
