About My Clients
At Experience Mental Wellness there is hope and healing for you! We work with individuals, couples, and families and have a wide variety of teen therapy groups for topics such as self harm, self esteem, social skills, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, LGBTQ, and autism. Whatever your mental health struggles may be, someone on our team has likely specialized in it. We believe all therapy should be individualized and catered to each client.
My Background and Approach
At Experience Mental Wellness, we primarily use talk therapy, however, as often as our clients desire, we also incorporate the benefits of nature therapy, recreation therapy, and experiential therapy. It's amazing how much easier it is to connect with a therapist while your walking down a trail instead of sitting in an unfamiliar office! In todays ever-changing world. unexpected struggles, heart-aching and seemingly endless challenges threaten to upend daily life. You've been there. We've been there.
