Sometimes life hurts, throws us curve balls, or becomes overwhelming. Therapy is a place where you can have someone walk that journey with you. We became a therapists to help people feel less alone, more confident, and improve their overall life satisfaction. We provide support and guidance on multiple challenges including depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, communication, trauma, personal growth, and more.
My Background and Approach
We specialize in working with children, adults, couples/marriage, family, addiction, and trauma. We believe many issues stem from a fear of rejection, lack of acceptance, and struggle to feel safe or heard. Healing and growth are possible in an environment that provides compassionate support and honest feedback. We believe counseling is best when there is mutual trust, collaboration, and connection. In the counseling room, we utilize clinical skills and theory while creating a positive and accepting environment.
