My Background and Approach
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling and I currently practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Life & Grief Coach. I use different approaches and techniques with each client including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Techniques, and Mindfulness. By using empathy, solution-focused, and client-centered approaches, I support and encourage my clients to focus on what is meaningful to them and what' works for their situation.
