In our work together, we'll look at some of the subconscious beliefs that may lead to these reoccurring patterns, invite in some self compassion and self love, and help you to feel worthy of having a fulfilling relationship.

Do you find your inner voice to be a bit self critical? Maybe it's similar messages that you received in your younger years, such as "you're not good enough", "you're not deserving", or even "you're not lovable". These limiting beliefs can get in the way of you showing up as your best self and impact how you feel about yourself. We'll do some internal work to shift the way you think and feel about yourself to help you feel confident in showing up as your favorite version of you!

What the mind tells us does not always have truth to it. It's time to be thriving rather than surviving. We will take a look at how your inner dialogue is getting in the way of you experiencing life in the way you would like to and invite in some ways to modify and overcome some of these thoughts. I've taken several trainings over the years on CBT.

If you often find yourself saying "a part of me feels this way but another part of me feels that way", then you'll enjoy this type of work. We'll do some work with the different parts that exist within you to help you find some relief and peace. This is a model I practiced for quite some time without realizing it! But, I've also taken some trainings focused on using IFS in therapy.

Do you ever find yourself feeling upset or reactive but it's hard to explain why you reacted in the way that you did? With EFT, we look at some of the deeper meanings you may consciously or subconsciously attribute to situations and how attachment style plays a role in this. This can be incredibly helpful with both couples and individual therapy work. I've taken some trainings focused on EFT.

One of the most common energy psychology evidenced based techniques is called Emotion Freedom Technique, most commonly known as EFT or tapping. This is something I personally practice and have found to be transformational - many of my clients that I've introduced this to have reported the same. I've taken several energy psychology trainings. This is a gentle way to release stuck emotions within you so you aren't experiencing that "emotionally charged" feeling with memories or in the moment.
