I treat clients looking for relief from daily stressors, need support through life transitions, are working through a traumatic experience, or in more need of intensive therapy. I use an individualized process to create change and growth in each individual's life. My approach is tailored for each person’s specific and unique needs, and believe in integrating traditional psychotherapy techniques, with practices like meditation, body awareness, mindfulness, and breath-work.
