My role is to help you recognize your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic. I support clients working through trauma, identity (including LGBTQ+) exploration, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles shaped by comparison and social media. I enjoy working with people who are curious, ready to grow, and open to a gentle (but honest) push when needed.
My Background and Approach
My approach is laid-back and friendly. I want you to feel at ease. I like to be as transparent and straightforward with my clients as possible to ensure that trust. Incorporating humor and fun into our sessions is very important to me so that we can build comfort within our therapeutic relationship.
