I work best with clients who are curious, introspective, and ready to explore their emotional, relational, and sexual lives with intention. I especially enjoy supporting individuals and couples experiencing challenges around communication, emotional regulation, intimacy, chronic pain, and trauma recovery. My ideal clients are open to incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative techniques in their therapeutic journey.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with advanced training in sex therapy, couples work, and trauma-informed care. My approach integrates somatic and mindfulness-based techniques, attachment theory, and principles from experts like Esther Perel, Joe Kort, and Emily Nagoski. Clients benefit from my grounding in both the science and art of therapy—whether we’re working on improving communication, healing sexual shame, or navigating life transitions. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, kink, and non-monogamous communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in bodily autonomy, pleasure as a birthright, and the importance of safety in every relationship—including the therapeutic one. I’m an advocate for reproductive justice, LGBTQIA+ equity, and trauma-informed care. As a veteran and a member of inclusive spiritual communities, I bring a holistic lens to the work I do. Outside the therapy room, you might find me exploring desert trails, diving into a new book, or supporting causes related to mental health and sexual wellness.
