Brianna is a trauma survivor now psychotherapist who holds space for individuals as they move through the experiences and effects of trauma. Brianna provides a treatment approach that is authentic, direct, and empathetic. You are invited to be curious about your treatment objectives by identifying important values in your life while building a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
My Background and Approach
Brianna combines the recovery model with embodied evidenced based interventions with a foundation in neuroscience. In your collaborative sessions, you are welcome to look at the past, be in the present, and plan for the future. You will have an opportunity to practice supportive therapeutic techniques during your scheduled visits and in your own time.
