I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, stress, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues, and coping with health conditions, especially as related to women's health, including fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns. I also work with executives and professionals who want to learn stress management skills to maintain a sense of well-being.
My Background and Approach
I use CBT, mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches to teach clients how to respond to unhelpful thoughts and behaviors without judgment or pessimism. When negative thoughts and unhealthy behaviors interfere with our ability to live the lives we want, we need to know how to respond to them effectively. I aim to create a safe place where we can explore these experiences collaboratively, openly, and supportively, tailoring therapy to the individual's needs and helping them work toward their goals.
