My Background and Approach
I help men and women that are struggling to genuinely connect in their relationship due to unresolved trauma. This trauma may have occurred in childhood, in the workforce, or in present or past relationships. Trauma has led to feelings of anger, fear, guilt, and shame which sabotage self-esteem and create barriers to intimacy. My understanding of relationship dynamics, effective communication, and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for couples to feel heard and valued. I help them achieve exponential growth, facilitate mutual respect, and discover a fulfilling relationship that was unimaginable before. I also help men and women struggling with sexual and porn addiction. This unique, yet pervasive, struggle is often like other chemical addictions. It activates chemical receptors in the brain just like illegal drugs that make you feel better in the short term, but leave you feeling worse after. There is hope for you. You can find freedom and live an authentic life of joy.
