I have 19 years of healthcare experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. My approach integrates medication management, therapy, and lifestyle interventions to address a wide range of conditions like anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy and believe in a holistic, evidence-based approach that prioritizes personalized care.
