About My Clients
My clients are looking to embrace connection and understanding within themselves and engage in a healing process that will be a transformative journey where resilience, personal discovery, and self-confidence flourish. I invite my clients to take off “the mask” they wear for the world and get to know the narrative they've become familiar with so we can better understand the obstacles constraining them.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of clinical experience. I earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University. In my work, I focus on assisting clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, and codependency. I use an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, incorporating person-centered and psychodynamic theory and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
