At Balanced Awakening, we specialize in Imago Relationship Therapy to help couples turn conflict into connection. Using the Imago Dialogue—mirroring, validation, and empathy—we guide partners in healing old wounds, improving communication, and building emotional intimacy. We create a safe space for growth, helping couples feel more seen, heard, and connected.

At Balanced Awakening, we offer art therapy as a powerful way to explore emotions beyond words. Through drawing, painting, weaving, and other creative processes, our therapists help clients access deeper insight, relieve anxiety, and process trauma. Art therapy fosters mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-expression—supporting healing in a safe, nonverbal, and empowering way.

At Balanced Awakening, we integrate somatic therapy to help women and teen girls heal by reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. Our therapists use breathwork, movement, EMDR, Brainspotting, and gentle body-based practices to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and lasting relief from trauma, anxiety, and stress stored in the body.
