About My Clients
I love working with the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled and neurodivergent folks, as well as other marginalized identities. I personally believe that you are the expert of your own lived experiences and it would be an honor to work with you while offering you a space to work on your desired goals and well being.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to counseling depending on the client’s individual needs. I use a wide range of modalities including a client-centered approach, attachment therapy, talk therapy, intersectional feminist theory, as well as a strengths based approach. I offer an empathetic space for clients to be seen and heard while providing guidance towards exploration, understanding and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow. I believe that healing isn't linear and that sometimes we need to be seen and heard in order to allow parts of ourselves to heal. I believe that taking time to invest in yourself and your wellbeing can be a radical act.
