I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, including those who identify as transgender and nonbinary. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore gender identity and struggles with gender dysphoria. I enjoy working with clients who are insightful and ready to make positive life changes.
My Background and Approach
I strive to provide a space for my clients to feel validated as well as heal and grow. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, mindful, compassionate, and warm. I have 17 years of experience working with adults and teens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in social justice, equality, empowerment, and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights. I believe in making the world a better place, a place that is tolerant of diversity and in which human rights are protected.
