About My Clients
I tend to work with clients who are insightful and ready to make positive life changes. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I work a great deal with LGBTQ+ clients, including those who identify as transgender and nonbinary. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to explore gender identity and struggles with gender dysphoria.
My Background and Approach
I have 15 years of therapy proving both individual and couples therapy. I strive to provide a space for my clients to feel validated as well as heal and grow. My approach is mindful, compassionate, and warm. I also enjoy work with clients who want to go deeper and do more existential therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in social justice, equality, empowerment, and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights. I believe in making the world a better place, a place that is tolerant of diversity and in which human rights are protected.
