About My Clients
I work with children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, family stress, or the lasting impact of difficult past experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a supportive space for clients who want to better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful,
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In our work together, we focus on building practical coping skills, increasing psychological flexibility, and developing greater self-compassion. I also incorporate narrative processing to help clients make sense of painful or confusing experiences and begin to integrate them into their life story in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
