I enjoy and have experience providing therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults seeking support with a range of topics, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, ADHD, adjustment, positive parenting, learning differences, chronic medical conditions, college related stressors, relationship issues, positive coping, life transitions, identity concerns, and autism spectrum disorder. I will work with you to tailor therapy to meet your needs and strengths.
My Background and Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative process and work together with you to determine our treatment goals and identify approaches that may be useful for you or your child. Our working relationship is a key element of the therapy process, and I integrate a range of evidence based treatments, such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, depending on your needs. I am committed to promoting resilience and development of healthy and positive coping, and I take a strengths based approach to therapy while supporting you in managing and addressing challenges that brought you to therapy. I provide in office and telehealth sessions. I am also happy to provide therapy in private outside locations or go for a walk during session if movement or being outside is more healing or productive for you.
