Anna is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you are struggling with any of these issues - please know that there is help; and therapy can greatly improve your life. Anna will support you in reaching your goals by helping you to implement positive changes in your life. Her goal is to assist clients in taking back control of their lives with meaning, passion, and purpose.
My Background and Approach
Anna employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing(MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) to assist clients in reaching their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
