My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My journey as a therapist began with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their true selves. I specialize in working with early attachment trauma – those formative emotional wounds that often begin in childhood and shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Originally from Ukraine, I’ve lived in Poland and now reside in the United States. These cross-cultural experiences have deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and the emotional complexity of adapting to new environments. Having personally walked the path of healing from early relational trauma, I bring both professional knowledge and lived empathy to my work.
